KPG was founded as Kemp Properties in 1978 - a highly regarded real estate firm in Central Texas.  Today, KPG has developed into the diversified commercial real estate development firm that it is today. Major projects include both revitalization and new development of office, medical, retail, multi-family and other unique ventures including a marina and a golf course.
